It's a shame that there weren't more dinner options during the evening meal, even if it meant paying extra.
First evenings at Parc des Cigognes, I will be back. Discreet service always available, impeccable cleanliness, excellent comfort, peaceful surroundings, and very close to the Alsace wine route!

We forgot a makeup bag on Xmas eve. They found it a few days later and we were able to pick it up.

The hotel is classic, but our room was renovated and was pretty good! The bathroom was amazing, and having the French concept off separated toilet and bathroom is great when you are in a room for groups!
Regarding the breakfast, it was ok, but the staff wasn’t nice or helpful at all. I have food alergies and asked if they could make me some eggs without milk. It was a drama, and the lady was really rude saying that they would not do it. She eventually brought me the eggs, after we argued with her, but she didn’t said nothing more. They don’t even have different kinds of milk options. Not good for people with gluten ou lactose intolerance.
First time we went there and we'll be back... the only downside is that after so many hours of driving, there isn't a single bar to stop for a drink; I find that very disappointing.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect, with a wide selection of fresh produce and something for everyone. The welcome was warm and friendly from start to finish. Plus, the hotel is ideally located, right next to Cigoland, which was very convenient for us. We will definitely be back!
Very sympathic place close to "Cigoland Amusement Park". People were very friendly. Romms well equipped and large enough. Parking easy. Restaurant great food ad adequate price level.

+ The restaurant was surprisingly good. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly. And what was very important to us was the fact that we could safely store our bikes. Bike-friendly hotel. - Charging facilities for e-bikes at the outdoor bike shed. But we could charge the batteries in the rooms.

Non-existent wifi connection in the room where we were. Varied breakfast, spacious room. Day of departure: 10:40 a.m. (rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.). Knowing that I had put the do not disturb sign on the door!!! to prevent the cleaning lady from entering. And despite that a man enters the room with a pass, fortunately within a few minutes, I had finished my shower and got dressed. He says something in another language and closes the door!!! As I leave I see him in the room reserved for the cleaning ladies so probably maintenance staff too. I go down to the reception but the lady is talking to a customer I think. She doesn't even give me a glance, after 5 minutes I end up leaving leaving the key on the counter. Not even a response to my goodbye. Ok she was busy but still. In short, I was in a hurry and she wasn't available for me to report this incident, but I find that the intrusion of this man into the room when it says do not disturb and I can stay in the room for another 20 minutes is unacceptable!!!! He would have just had to check if the room key had been returned!!! Very, very limited...

Perfect welcome. The room's balcony wasn't very clean: dust from the construction of the future reception and pigeon droppings. Excellent, locally sourced food.

Clean and serviceable hotel as part of a local theme park. But water flow in the shower was very weak. In the restaurant the choices were very limited, Because of only a few guests, breakfast choices were limited with many empty serving areas.

Very good, very welcoming team and very good food
We spent 6 nights in room 38 in April 2025 on a half-board basis for a price of more than €150 per night. The housekeeper left the room open for us all day. When I went to see the manager, his response was "Well, sorry, but it can happen" (Burglars welcome). Bed sheets with holes. Out of the 5 evening meals we had on a half-board basis, twice we were given boiled beef with coarse salt and twice we were given "bouchonée à la reine". As for breakfast, I'll let you look at the state of the cheese. After complaining about the cheese to the kitchen manager, to prevent me from posting my review, he offered me a kouglof worth €8 from the bakery, which I refused and left on the counter when I left the hotel. As for the hotel, for me it's a guesthouse, 80% of families with children under 10, very noisy. The room, as soon as you start the kitchen you have the smell of the kitchen coming through the air conditioning, the TV for me is too small, the only positive point is a good mattress and a small fridge.
Bathroom VMC not very clean, meal taken at the restaurant right next to a radiator where there was quite a bit of dust
A wall light bulb not working, I notified reception who told me it would be done the next day, it didn't work when we returned the next evening. At breakfast a different person from the day before almost jumped on us asking for our room number, I don't think we would have come to lunch without being a customer!!! On Thursday evening, music and singing despite the TV being on, we thought it was coming from outside but after checking it was indeed in the hotel, the next day we got up early. This morning 45 minutes before our departure, a person in charge of cleaning came into the room without knocking on the door, luckily we weren't undressed or in the toilet!!! The carpet was stained, the French window creaked enormously every time it was opened. What's missing in these rooms is a small microwave. This room was offered to us because the usual hotel was undergoing renovations, we were informed that we were being upgraded but with all due respect to this hotel, I am sorry but the hotel I was supposed to stay in and which I am used to is better than the one I was offered. Thank you.
