I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service and welcome were very professional, yet unpretentious, and very friendly; I felt right at home. The restaurant is exceptional, a wonderful experience with high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. When I return to the area, I will definitely stay with you again.

Pleasant hotel, very warm welcome. The room, although a little dated, had very good bedding, comfortable pillows, quality linens, and thick bath towels. Separate toilet. The restaurant was pleasant, with excellent, refined cuisine, beautifully presented, and the staff very competent, attentive, and friendly. We had a lovely time.

Negative: Up two flights of stairs and a shower in the bathtub (forgot to ask for a walk-in shower). Positive: The location within walking distance of the town and the excellent dinner and breakfast.

Historic places where you can appreciate the professionalism of hoteliers and restaurateurs, especially in less touristy centers. In particular, at Héloïse I ate very well, refined and sophisticated, with a super attentive and scrupulous service, always with courtesy.
At first glance, nothing gave us much reason to expect from the place. As the minutes went by, from the atmosphere at the reception to the quality of the bedding, the cleanliness, the modernity and functionality of the toilets, everything became a pleasure.....not to mention the quality of the restaurant, the service, the dishes surprisingly refined and simple and the chosen wines (in particular the rosé from the cellar of the 3 ladies of Solutré). A place steeped in history and kindness. Quiet despite the location!!! Nothing to complain about except the lack of a swimming pool in this July heat.
