We opted for a package including a room, a visit to a wine producer, a meal at the restaurant, and breakfast. Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly, the room clean and pleasant with comfortable bedding. The location is quiet, and we slept very well. The visit to the partner wine producer was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. The five-course meal was delicious, and the chef's signature dish was simply extraordinary. The service was outstanding. Breakfast featured only high-quality products. We highly recommend this place for a quality experience, whether alone, as a couple, or even with friends.

It's always a pleasure to stay at your establishment, as the setting is so pleasant. I would like to draw your attention to the catering. We feel a young and pressured team. Having dined on Monday evening alone and Tuesday accompanied by 3 clients, I had the same dish (chicken supreme)? The mashed potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm when served, a remark I made at lunchtime.
Another very pleasant stay in the Domaine de Baulieu, the swimming pool was welcome in the hot weather, the room was perfect, the evening meal was plentiful and of good quality and with perfect service, the only downside was that breakfast had to be taken inside because of the wasps, which didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves, we will be back

We were able to privatize the estate for the weekend for our wedding. Everything was perfect, we felt like we were in a bubble with our families and friends. We had a wonderful evening with a very good dinner. We only regretted the impossibility of dining on the terrace, which was not yet ready for the sunny days... But breakfast, also very good, was taken in the open air overlooking the beautiful Gers countryside.

Our stay was only one night with a gourmet meal in the evening. We had a wonderful time in the heart of the Gers countryside and 10 minutes from the magnificent Auch Cathedral. It's a beautiful place to recharge your batteries.

What an enchanting interlude in this magnificent estate surrounded by nature! Beautiful layout and lovely spaces. However, we were dissatisfied because we were cold in the room and couldn't adjust the thermostat. We had to use a hairdryer to warm the room. We were disappointed by the salty nature of the rather limited breakfast and the lack of lactose-free milk options such as oat or soy.
