A disappointing experience; the room did not match the description at the time of booking. There was mold in the bathroom. The positive points were the hotel's location and the fact that most of the staff were pleasant.

For the past few years we have been coming to spend a weekend in this superb, very friendly place; everything is perfect. It's a great pleasure for us and we eagerly await our next stay.

Dinner was disappointing. Breakfast was perfect. The reception manager wasn't very friendly! Access to suite #20 is complicated, as there are several flights of stairs to reach the suite door. The terrace is really small and impossible for even one person to sit on, even though it's a suite for two people. The sofas in the living room aren't suitable as they're very cramped.

A bottle of water and a kettle with some coffee and tea bags in the room would be very welcome!

A hotel with truly authentic charm. The competent staff is very attentive to guests' needs. The high-quality meals, showcasing fresh local produce and seafood, are served in a veranda overlooking a lovely garden. The lounge bar, with its fireplace, is a pleasant place to spend cooler evenings.

We had an excellent stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent and sevice without fault.

Les hotels demeures et châteaux sont normalement plutôt luxueux, celui-ci ne l'étais pas vraiment. La chambre avait une jolie vue de la mer, un lit très comfortable et des oreillers plume. Le décor n'étais pas luxe mais années 90, on avait 2 fauteuils comfortables devant la baie vitrée mais le reste des meubles était ou encombrants ou ne servaient à rien. La salle de bain toute étroite, à refaire et l'eau chaude arrivait après une longue attente. (Chambre 35)
Dîner etait bon sauf les desserts, la tarte tatin devrait avoir une pâte croustillante pas gluante et l'ile flottante flottait sur 2 cuillères à soupe de crème anglaise très mince qui aurait dû etre servie froide et l'île aurait dû être faite avec une meringue italienne. Decevant pour un restaurant qui se dit de qualité.

Nice, family-run hotel with sea views in a quiet little village, but still a stone's throw from Trouville and Honfleur.... A spacious room, a terrace, a bathroom with shower and bathtub... Attic in every corner, risk of breaking your head, constant attention necessary! The only downside was that it was abominably hot in the room; well, for the price, and the ecology, we didn't ask for air conditioning, but a small fan would have helped.... The staff is very helpful, they even brought our suitcases up, because there are half-levels not served by the elevator....

Very nice hotel on the heights of Villerville, in a typical architecture of the region and with beautiful and large rooms overlooking the sea with balcony and a panoramic view of Le Havre and Sainte Adresse in the distance. Smiling welcome as well as in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Good bedding and impeccable wifi. Large parking lot next to the road, from where you go down by elevator to the reception Restaurant and terrace to have a drink with the sea view also. 100 m from the beach which can be accessed by stairs. The choice of catering was limited due to the exceptional absence of the chef, while remaining good quality.

The room with a sea view and terrace was cozy and comfortable. It had a lovely terrace with garden chairs. The restaurant, especially the limited menu and the dishes in general, disappointed us. However, the interior, the cozy decor, and the beautifully set tables more than compensated. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and everything was fresh. We would definitely recommend the hotel, but we would skip the restaurant.

Excellent situation, all the same when it comes to a petite plage calme. In a small village of character, it is as easy as it gets. Very affordable, a hotel with a mobile home and a Jolie déco, according to the local tradition. Agreeable rooms, propres et bien équipées. Cuisine excellent locale! Service is gentle and serviable. Less prix TVA compris sont néanmoins une élévés mais à reçoit vraiment une qualité impeccable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive to their needs. The attic room is spacious and pleasantly decorated. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the English Channel and the Seine estuary. We also enjoyed the garden terrace. The restaurant's food is excellent. A big thank you to all the staff.

We stayed 9 nights at the hôtel Bellevue. We had a great view on the sea from our room as from our great balcony. The dinner is delicious.
The breakfast is good, but it was always the same. The same ham, the same cheese even the same confiture.
We were very happy and pleased about the hôtel.

Beautiful hotel with character and comfort, with ample free parking. Our room (superior sea view) had a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel gardens, which we could admire from our terrace. The check-in and check-out formalities were carried out professionally and with a smile. During our stay, we were always welcomed warmly and with Grace and efficiency, as far as the women were concerned, without forgetting the versatility and kindness of an employee at the "oven and mill", who will recognize himself! Thank you all.

Exceptional! We usually stay in all categories of hotels, but yours is incredible. A breathtaking view and location. The staff and owner are friendly and very pleasant! Very clean room, tastefully decorated, spacious with all the necessary comforts!! The meal at the restaurant was delicious! Everything is homemade. We will happily return to your establishment.

After our third stay in this beautiful hotel, with the new owners, we had another wonderful stay with superior professional service and reception, a great restaurant, and a beautiful garden.

Staff who work with class, smile, efficiency and kindness. Sober and tasteful place with a pretty garden with very beautiful sea views. This place has everything for you and you will have a good stay.

Well-decorated and practical room (storage with socket behind the bed). Respectful and attentive welcome. Very good nearby parking. Hearty breakfast with choice. Chocolate served. Downsides: bathroom with ventilation problem (significant condensation/humidity on the floor/a shower cubicle would be better than a curtain), oversights in table service during dinner (bread and glass of wine), very average bedding compared to the price of the room. I would have preferred to stay in the main building. The multiple doors to open to access the room and which are not identified (exit for example) so you don't get confused with a room door. Average meal. Dishes well presented but lacking in flavor.

Restaurant: The price-performance ratio is not right, breakfast is very poor and some items are not fresh. Eating is also a visual experience, with no decorations like tomatoes, grapes, and mustard for the cheese. There was only a fruit salad. Very comfortable room, matching its description, very quiet, with a beautiful view and a balcony. Pleasant lounge, superb terrace. Breakfast at €16 without fruit, which is not replaced by a mediocre fruit salad. Dinner (only one in 5 days) was average. One note on room 12: increase the power of the ceiling light, which does not provide enough light. Another note: indicate rooms on upper floors and without elevators.

I had a lovely room. Very sizeable.
I had a great stay and the team are all very hard working.
My only slightly negative experience was that I had to wait a long time to be given a menu and to be offered an apéritive in the restaurant on the Saturday night.

At the top, calm and peaceful

We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view of the sea. We particularly appreciate this hotel, where we have already stayed and where we will definitely return during a future trip to the Normandy coast.

Friendly staff, lovely room and great views. The hotel is dog friendly. Ideal for the quiet beach at Villerville.
Location between Honfleur and Trouville was ideal for us.
It is an older hotel but the rooms have been refurbished to a very good standard & bathroom/shower were top notch.
There can be some limited noise from the room above & staircase (creeks etc.) but this did not detract from the overall stay.
Food in the restaurant was very nice & fresh. Breakfast was good with enough options, although a little expensive.

A very warm atmosphere

3rd stay but maybe the last. So yes, usually we booked a sea view suite and there, just a sea view room. Unfortunately different from the description on the site. Advertised with a large double bed and separate toilet and shower, we ended up with a PMR room with 2 single beds, no bedside table, a small TV that was unwatchable from the bed, the toilet in the bathroom and a basic shower with a curtain that didn't even touch the floor. Needless to say, we got it everywhere... A shower towel was roughly placed in the bathroom and a plastic cup had clearly been used, approximate cleaning or given to someone who ultimately didn't want it? Not even a shower cap either. In short, from being very delighted with our previous stays, we went from being very disappointed. The restaurant, however, remains high quality and a real pleasure.
