There are no overnight stays, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is adequate, and air conditioning is highly recommended, especially in the late June heat. Private parking is a real plus. Excellent value for money!
The formalities for late arrival were very clear, the room was adequate, clean and comfortable. However, the receptionist's welcome was simply catastrophic, marked by a total lack of professionalism and a blatant lack of respect: We wanted to pay for our stay with LOGIS e-gift cards, as specified when booking online; the receptionist told us that he didn't know how to proceed and that it wasn't his problem if we wanted to pay that way; When I asked him to consult his manager, he replied that he was alone during the weekend. The situation quickly escalated: He started to get annoyed and raised his voice and declared: "I don't give a damn, you do as you wish." He then left the reception, leaving us alone; so we had to leave without having made the payment. To illustrate that he was indeed alone during this weekend, we saw him running around everywhere: between the kitchen where he was putting the missing pastries in the oven (as he explained), because there were none left when we arrived for breakfast, and the reception. Consequently, the charge to my account was made without us being informed or consulted, so I was not able to use my LOGIS DE FRANCE e-gift, and I was not able to present my ETIK account. We will not return to this hotel until the reception staff is properly trained.
Very responsive and friendly manager. Welcome drink (with Groupon offer) appreciated. Shower door not waterproof. Breakfast lacks a device to cook soft-boiled eggs. A must-visit address every time we pass through Montpellier. Philippe V Haute Savoie

Very good value for money.
It's a small, unpretentious hotel, but the welcome, the room, and the friendliness of the staff are all top notch! Plus, there's a clean, warm pool! Access to the restaurant, pizzas, fast food, and more are all within easy reach. The sea is 20 minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything went well. Maybe consider putting a bottle of water in the rooms.
We regularly go down to Saint Jean de Vedas for weekend training. After testing the B&B, we opted for the Prime hotel. The staff is very responsive and attentive to special requests (Choice of rooms when possible = ideal when carpooling.) The welcome is always friendly and warm. The room is classic but always clean and the bedding is of quality. Decent breakfast.
