Cit'Hotel le Mirage

Well located and very decent hotel. No light in the bathroom.

Upon arrival, the toilet bowl's dirtiness can be attributed to an unscrupulous customer. The lack of hand towels and the non-functionality of the soap give an unpleasant impression. Confirm the next day at 10:00 a.m., the hand towels are still not there. The reception carpet is very dirty and not stretched, extension cord, toy lying around, worn wooden door, tool, paint pot lying around, all this gives an impression of a lack of investment and maintenance, everything seems outdated. The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is decent. The two trees at the exit hide the exit to the road. In short, I am very disappointed with the stay (2 nights) compared to what I experienced. Too bad.

New hotel, impeccable bedding, clean and well-decorated room, very quiet area, large private parking, balcony. Small drawbacks: shutter to be repaired, Sunday breakfast from 8:30 a.m., outdoor furniture, bathroom clock poorly set, missing a small coffee maker/kettle for coffee and herbal tea. Note: in the evening, finding a restaurant in Istres is a challenge!

Beautiful hotel, well located and above all with closed and secure parking. Pleasant and air-conditioned room, clean and bright, bathroom a little old-fashioned but totally functional, lovely and professional staff, good and complete breakfast, in short we recommend!

Very well located hotel with great potential, after a fairly normal welcome, a fairly well located and quiet room, there is a lack of storage in the room and hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast 3rd morning no more pastries or bread coffee machine that did not work well having to go to the reception to find someone who bakes pastries and bread so waiting++ and every day the pastries are black burnt and so on, there is no one present to take care of the customers. Regarding the cleaning neither done nor to be done the sheets were changed 2 times in 14 nights room little swept etc ... the common areas always dirty. Non-existent staff. Very disappointed and we could not change hotels because everything was paid in advance.

Quiet hotel, the staff and the hotel are great, always attentive to us, we had a great holiday, large swimming pool and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend it.

Very well received;

Overall everything was fine, only the door did not close properly except by forcing it. 1 out of 2 lights in the ceiling did not turn on and the other flashed like a discotheque, and in the entrance of the building next to the reception, there were cobwebs hanging high up.

The big downside is the lack of maintenance of the park...

Stayed one night accomodations and breakfast were fine. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice as well. Breakfast was nice.

This hotel seems abandoned. The room was okay, although the finishing touches were overlooked, not to mention the broken toilet seat. The breakfast was okay, but without any welcome. And the pool was a disaster! There were tons of cleaning product containers everywhere, even in the shower, abandoned dishes, not maintained at all, and the best part: we were kicked out of the pool at 1:30 p.m. because we had to make room for new guests, even though we were alone, the hotel was empty, and there were still 20 deckchairs! In short, a mirage that lives up to its name. Avoid!

Hotel not clean enough according to my standards... Dead flies in the common areas. Breakfast room neglected with dirty mirrors, tablecloth and tablecloth fall full of coffee drips... And not of the day! The breakfast is not up to standard... as for the room and the new wing where we were: the wall-hung toilets are not: toilet placed too low! The first step of the staircase (down) is badly made and higher than the others, there is no stair rail (not easy when you have knee pain) and the aluminum access door is out of adjustment and stuck... it was very very very hot in the room when we arrived.. there is a small basket of sweets at the reception... Too bad, there are sweets and candy wrappers mixed up. In short, not at all qualitative. I had a memory of this hotel with its excellent past reputation, it was only a memory of the past unfortunately

A messy establishment with trash and clutter lying around the entire building, inside and out. A pool that wasn't filled in June, a vending machine out of service, and breakfast without fruit juice. In short, what is the staff doing? Is there any staff?

We are disappointed by the lack of maintenance of the hotel. Overflowing trash cans, tall grass, dirt... It's May 2025, maybe off-season, but still!! Breakfast, no one. No more bread, no orange juice and still no one. Bathroom with a squeegee inside the shower, we understood its usefulness from the first shower. Very disappointing really

Very nice location of the hotel, too bad it is not as well maintained as it should be. A swimming pool not ready when it was supposed to be on May 1st. An average welcome with obligation to reserve our breakfasts several days in advance. Beautiful spacious rooms with very good bedding lacking however cleanliness. Very dusty bedspread, bathroom windowsill not cleaned.

Spacious, clean, and quiet room. Balcony with a very pleasant garden view. The only thing missing in the room is a small kettle.

Bedroom: dirty floor not vacuumed during the entire stay (3 nights), torn bed linen Bathroom: shower not cleaned (piece of plastic at the drain not removed in 3 days), bits of nails on the floor....
