This must be my fourth time staying at this hotel. I'm always satisfied. I like its proximity to the city center. Parking is very easy in the area with the train station parking lot.
Very good hotel. Breakfast is also very good, the evening meals are also very good, the proximity of the hotel to the ocean. We go there almost every year. The welcome is very good. For me, there are small negative points which are: - The elevator which is slightly too small but now that it is there, it would be too complicated and much too expensive to change it. - And the MOST IMPORTANT negative point is the lack of network for cell phones in the hotel and the hotel's internet which lacks power. The network is very unstable. - It is not easy to find a parking space, except in the station parking lot but the price is expensive, no agreement between the hotel and the SNCF for a reduced price.
I recommend! Everything is perfect. Cleanliness, welcome, location.
Just one small problem: poorly soundproofed
Professional and attentive staff. As part of the overnight stay, the price/quality ratio is correct, the only downside is the soundproofing of the room, you can hear everything.
I stay in this hotel every time I come to Les Sables d'Olonne: if I appreciate the proximity of the train station (opposite), and no it's not the proximity of the beach, the city center and the port (10 minutes on foot) it's above all the quality of the service throughout the stay and a wonderful team for the maintenance of the rooms: welcome, availability, friendliness ... the service at breakfast and throughout the day ... in short and no it's not in short it's very welcoming and I will come back next year
Obwohl die falsche Zeit fürs Einchecken in der Logis Bestätigungsmail vermerkt war, wurde uns geöffnet und wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Nachts war es etwas unruhig, da andere Gäste nicht rücksichtsvoll waren. Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und wir konnten bei geöffneten Fenster gut schlafen.
Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück im Innenhof (!!!!) genossen. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
We were well received at the hotel reception desk. Directions were given to the entrance door, breakfast, and the lounge where there is a fresh water fountain for guests. Good bedding and good breakfast. A young brunette woman was very helpful at breakfast, thank you to her. And thank you to the entire team.

We have been going to spend a short weekend in Les Sables d'Olonne for several years now and we always choose this hotel.
Great, my daughter and I love it. Always a warm welcome, friendly staff. Well-located hotel. Decent and clean room. We are happy. Every time we come to Les Sables we come back to this hotel. We love it.
Satisfied with the services and the night spent in the hotel. The rooms are clean, the bedding is good quality. The only negative point is the lack of soundproofing of the room door with the hallway.

The parking is public and paid, opposite the train station. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. The elevator is a plus for carrying heavy suitcases. The bathroom lacks a bit of lighting, the room is clean, but the Wi-Fi connection didn't work. The breakfast is decent.
Pleasant staff, perfect room, clean, however big disappointment for the dinner of the evening stopover which I did not find great (it smelled like a mixture of leftovers from the week)... I am a representative...
