Very welcoming staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and a very good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money. Everything has been thought of, even a microwave is available in the reception area, and there are fast food outlets and other restaurants within a 150m radius.
I booked a comfort room, and when I arrived, I was told there was a computer problem, so I would only have a standard room. The soundproofing was very poor; you could hear the neighbor snoring or cars driving outside even with the window closed. I don't know what the problem was with hanging the TVs; there was always a rat in the ceiling. The breakfast could be improved. I won't be going back.
Overall, good value for money, even though the room is very small; the "office" area is tiny: impossible to fit a laptop AND a notebook! The bathroom is also very small. How could an architect have imagined fitting a walk-in shower in a space only 90 cm wide?! Ridiculous! As a result, after showering, the bathroom floods, and you have to sacrifice a towel to be able to walk safely.
Very friendly and pleasant staff

A very nice stay, the only problem was on the second night: the access code didn't work. We had to pull out all the stops to get the door opened because our belongings were inside. The person answering the outside intercom hung up on us. Luckily, there was someone from the hotel who, after a good 20 minutes, was able to open the room.

A very discreet hotel, attentive to customers, comfortable and quiet despite its proximity to traffic lanes.
Very good, except for the bathroom which is very cold in winter and there's no heating.
Fantastic welcome, superb room, unbeatable price, cleanliness, comfort, a great restaurant opposite the hotel – it deserves another star! We come back every year to celebrate Christmas with our family.
Private parking, cleanliness, bedding, breakfast: Very good. Discreet, polite, and attentive staff: Very good. The only slight drawback is the proximity to the Francilienne highway.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room/studio is tastefully decorated. A little more cleaning on the floor would have been appreciated, but the room was generally clean. Very good value for money.

Very warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff. Inexpensive hotel room (€54) which is a very good point. But the bedroom window lets in drafts... it was cold to the point where we found ourselves obliged to put the heating to 25 degrees to get a decent night's sleep. The floor was not cleaned, very dusty to the point of dirtying the belongings left on the floor. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

A pleasant stay with excellent hospitality, in a quiet corner of the 91 even with the highway nearby. Welcoming and friendly staff in every way. However, there is a lack of hooks for handbags and jackets on the bedroom side and a hook for towels and a shelf for some personal items on the bathroom side.

Great welcome, but in summer there is no air conditioning, which is very difficult.
The people at this hotel are really great and in that sense I had a good time, the service was also very good, the premises are very clean there is nothing to complain about. For everything to be at the top level, it is absolutely necessary to find a solution concerning the mattresses and the duvet covers which are really not up to the rest. These mattresses are dedicated to fakirs who will not be afraid of having back pain when getting up in the morning and the duvet covers are not really great. It is really a shame because everything else is once again very good. If you change these few points let us know and personally I will come back with pleasure.
The hotel did not honor the reservation in its entirety. The room booked through Booking.com stated "air conditioning," but the room provided did not have it. Requests for a room on a high floor were not honored because it was on the ground floor. The room emanated a damp smell. The television remote control did not work. The insulation was very poor in the heavily used exterior corridor.
Simple hotel, very good value for money. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Soundproofing a bit lacking. Restaurants right next to the hotel, very convenient. I recommend it.

When you arrive at the hotel, there are no shower towels. Then the staff brings you two small face towels. Honestly, it's unbelievable.
Excellent hotel where I stay very regularly for business reasons. The manager is very professional and very pleasant. The breakfast, although basic, is very good (you won't get sausage at this price, but for example you will get good coffee beans, good bread, yogurts, eggs). Some rooms are apartment-hotel style with kitchenette. The area is very quiet, well set back from the Parisian road. Nearby: Lidl, Grand Frais, an excellent pizzeria, a Buffalo Grill).

A truly pleasant welcome with very friendly exchanges with the manager and his team. Attentive to the expectations of his customers. A very well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable room. Aside from the location in a commercial area, which is not a problem, there really is nothing to like except positive things. I recommend it.
Easy to access establishment, good reception, quiet however when it's 5 degrees outside and you arrive in a cold room in April... Well the hotel turns off the heating... So it was 16 degrees in the room, I asked for the heating to be turned back on because it was impossible to sleep and the nice lady at reception asked for it to be turned back on, she explained to me that only a central unit outside could turn it back on which was done but at 6am for a 9am departure it's too late! Also be careful when you take the shower, the steam from the bathroom sets off the smoke detector, mediocre ground floor room and not like in the photos, comfortable bedding

I had a great night in this hotel: calm, comfort and warm welcome. Special mention to the receptionist, whose professionalism and kindness should be standard in the hotel industry. Only small downside: the pillows, a little too thick… Perfect for those who like to sleep with their head in the clouds, but for me, it just needed a few centimeters less height to reach the perfect sleep. Despite that, an address to remember, and I will come back with pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
