Before our arrival, we were contacted because we had specified that we would be arriving in the afternoon, outside of reception hours. We were told that we would receive all the information to access our room that morning, which was indeed the case. The room was adequate, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was also decent, with sweet and savory options. The hotel is well located, a 5-minute drive from Coutances Cathedral and 15-20 minutes from the beach.

Nice hotel, the rooms are quite spacious and well maintained
I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years for one or two nights a year and it is still just as good.
Good position for Coutances, this hotel needs a few room items sorting but it's comfortable for staying. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice and car parking good.

Beautiful hotel, the common areas are chic but from another era, however the staff are very friendly, the room is very nice, the breakfast is very good. Coffee on our very late arrival and the welcome is perfect. Thank you.

Regular guest at this hotel for 20 years
The hotel is well located, in a very quiet area, in a pretty park. Easily accessible, with a large parking lot for guests. Friendly welcome, the staff is excellent.
Very pleasant and quiet environment. It must be said that Coutances is not well covered by telephone, the hotel area also and the hotel's Wi-Fi has no speed..... Not enough light in the room, the staff was very kind to add a halogen lamp for us....
Room 115 uncomfortable mattress, back pain, wall has damp marks. And musty smell. Too bad, the place is nice.

Very clean hotel, well located and very quiet, very pleasant staff
Spacious and very comfortable room. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which I couldn't connect to directly: a message told me that I had to ask reception for access codes.
Only problem was a bad Wi-Fi connection. Our room was situated at the extreme end of the building.

Pleasant stay, close to the city center
A perfect stopover between Mont St. Michel and the beaches of Normandy. The hotel is located in a quiet yet easily accessible location. A peaceful night's sleep, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Very quiet hotel located not far from the Jazz Under the Apple Trees festival
During a business trip, I discovered this establishment, which I recommend without hesitation.

Good location for a quiet hotel.
Unfriendly welcome, room with very disappointing equipment: who carries out the check? Broken light bulb above the sink, poorly lit for applying makeup, toilet seat not very convenient to use: the toilet seat falls on our backs, it should have been changed, one side was completely unscrewed, the magnifying mirror dirty with fingerprints, the chrome not shiny. It would be appropriate to put a liquid soap dispenser for hands at the sink, no plug for draining the water. The room: the floor is linoleum, a thin duvet and it was very cold, bedside light: the lighting is reminiscent of a hospital, and very poorly positioned for the second person. The room is spacious. A very pleasant welcome at breakfast, very smiling and friendly staff. The plastic packaging of food should be reviewed.
Ideal hotel for a Normandy stopover, quiet and well located. Go just because we are big fans, miss the scrambled eggs at breakfast ☺️
